Mortgage from William Roberts of Quinton, co. Gloucs., farmer and Esther Roberts of Long Marston, spinster, to William Rimell of Chipping Campden, co. Gloucs., gent., reciting no. 39 and that Mary Roberts therein mentioned had died on 9 July 1850, of a messuage belonging to Esther Roberts in Pebworth divided into two tenements, late in the tenure of Jonathan Kilby and now of Charles Butler and Charles Tinson, and also that piece of land in Pebworth belonging to William Roberts containing 2 acres 2 roods 28 perches in the tenure of Thomas Martin Roberts, to secure £200. Conveyance from William Rimell of Chipping Campden, co. Gloucs., gent., William Roberts of Quinton, co. Gloucs., farmer, and Mary Ann Tabitha Roberts of Long Marston in Marston Sicca spinster, to Thomas Martin Roberts of the same, shopkeeper and farmer, reciting nos. 39, 49 and 51, for £200 paid to William Rimell in discharge of a mortgage of 24 March 1860 (no. 39), for £40 paid to William Roberts and for £30 paid to Mary Ann Roberts, of an allotment of land at Pebworth containing 2 acres 2 roods 18 perches in the tenure of Thomas Martin Roberts, part of a messuage in Pebworth late in the tenure of Jonathan Kilby and now of Charles Butler, and the other part of the said messuage, late in the tenure of the said Jonathan Kilby, since of Charles Tinson and now of Charles Lebiter. Statutory declaration of John Fletcher of Bishampton, co. Worcs., in the matter of the title of Michael Pettipher to a freehold estate called The Pasture Farm in Pebworth, contracted to be sold to William Rimell: that he had been well acquainted with Michael Pettipher the elder of Pebworth farmer deceased, who had made his will on 25 March 1828 and one of whose daughters he had married; that William Pettipher, who died in May 1864, was his eldest son and heir and that the legacies bequeathed by William Pettipher the elder had been paid more than 20 years ago.

Mortgage from William Rimell of Pebworth farmer and Emily Rimell his wife (formerly Emily Buckle) to the Birmingham Banking Co. Ltd. of certain properties in Elmstone Hardwicke, co. Gloucs., (described) in order that the said Company should continue a banking account with the said William Rimell, and to secure repayment of all money owed by William Rimell to the Company. Followed by a reconveyance, dated 7 May 1901 from the Metropolitan Bank of England Ltd. to Emily Rimell widow of the said property after repayment of all the money owed.
